My ping was 12 and everyone elses was in the 100's+. Also, not to mention the screen shot here clearly says the version on the trainer is 1.15 - HOWEVER.

You download it, run it, guess what. EDIT----- So, the first download link supposedly for windows 7, gives you the 1.14 version. The one that specifically says its for XP is the 1.15.
