Sorry for the slightly off topic, but is there a plan for a DAZ Studio version of IPP? It seems DAZ has a better skinning and export capabilities, allowing for decent collada/fbx imports in C4D (except for the animated morphs). For the rest it seems pretty similar to Poser. Since you seem to have mastered all there is to know about importing the morphs, and the rest can be left to collada (actually, the animated morphs are exported in the dae file, but C4D doesnt read them), this would look like a logical step. It seems like you did wonders to circumvent most of the limitations of the poser format, so hats off for that, but Poser seems to be a dead end in terms of new development (interface, skinning, animation), while there are some interesting things happening with DAZ studio. Also, last time I checked IPP’s demo I was a bit put off by the fact that you needed to use special manipulators to animate things.

It doesn’t seem like DAZ requires that when exporting to collada. Nonton anime cooking master boy sub indonesia. The state of poser application itself is not that relevant to IPP as this is more of a poser content importer. As long as the poser format itself does not change(PZ3=obj,cr2.png) this plugin is useful and allows anyone with C4D and a properly structured 'runtime folder'to easily access a huge content resource. I am still running poser 6 with IPP for example and some users dont have the poser app installed at all, merely the content folder. DAZ studio uses it own native format to save Scene file (DSB??) and its colladda exporter is only useful for frankly naked figures or really Old poser figures who’s clothing is part of one continuous mesh. Anything more complex, like a guy wearing conforming pants, shoes etc., will import to C4D a mangled mess via collada.

I dont see the Demand for a separate plugin just for Daz Studio as any C4D user can buy a poser formatted Figure from the poser/Daz market and use IPP to C4D without having poser or DAZ studio installed. I get your point. Allie sin depositfiles download. Still, Daz being free (unlike poser) and taking over poser in many technical areas, I believe it could broaden the market for IPP and secure it’s future even more if better supported.

Then, I understood that the IPP tools were a necessary evil to translate poser bone rotations into C4D, but the improved export capabilities of DAZ seemed to imply this “may” not be a such a problem any more (pure speculation here) In any case, I just saw there was a sale going on at kuroyume, I might just seize the opporunity.
